And tomorrow I'm off to Milford, ME to begin the next phase of my life: field technician for the UNH Natural Resources Department.
To finish the story I started a while ago, I went to UNH to interview with Dr. Kovach and Dr. Babbitt, a few days later they offered me the job, I accepted, and now I'm off! Even though it's been a long time it all seems to have happened so fast, and I'm a little overwhelmed. I've been off for 3 weeks now, and I spent 1 week travelling with C (fun! To CT and the Bronx Zoo, perhaps pictures at some point), almost 2 full weeks at home, and a couple of days in Hanover. I spent most of that time packing and doing little else, but it went so fast!
I'm so sick of packing . . . and unpacking . . . and then packing AGAIN . . . . . .
I'll probably be without internet for a couple of days (not that I update this frequently anyway), but hopefully we'll get it up and running soon or the neighbors will have some we can, uh, "borrow."
